Challenge

GremioX was built to organize a commercial operation that depended on spreadsheets, scattered messages, and orders arriving through different channels. The team needed to know which products each client could see, which price applied, and what status every order was in.

The challenge was to create a tool sales reps could use on the move, without technical friction, while giving the management team real control over catalogs, clients, documents, and commercial activity.

Approach

We designed a separated backend and frontend platform, with an admin panel to manage companies, users, products, prices, and documents, plus a fast experience for sales reps and customers.

The key was the custom catalog: each client sees products, prices, and conditions according to the commercial relationship. Orders are registered with traceability, notes, and line-item detail, avoiding losses between WhatsApp, calls, and spreadsheets.

Commercial documentation was also centralized so price lists, orders, and files stayed linked to the right company record, reducing manual searches and duplication.

Result

The result is a platform that turns the distributor daily work into a controlled flow: customers, orders, catalogs, and documentation are connected from one dashboard.

Sales reps can register orders faster, and the internal team gains visibility into activity, statuses, and the commercial portfolio.

GremioX remains active as a real product and serves as a base for extending distribution, multi-company, and document-management processes.
